Applications for new water and sewerage service should be made online using the links below. An inspection of the premises may be required before your application is processed — this is done within five (5) working days of your request being received.

Applying for more than three (3) connections — sub-divisions, apartments, or plazas? You must visit a Commercial Office in person to complete the transaction; this can't be done online.

Requirement 1 of 4

Proof of Ownership

Provide one of the following three documents:

Option A

Letter from an Attorney

Must include the Volume and Folio number, with the attorney's stamp affixed and signature. Must not be older than six (6) months.

Option B

Letter from Mortgaging Company

e.g. NHT, HAJ, VMBS, JNBS. Must include the Volume and Folio numbers where available, and be signed by the institution's Legal Counsel or another authorised person.

Option C

Property Title

A photocopy of the title, stamped and certified as a true copy by the Titles Office. The certification must not be older than six (6) months.

Applying for an open lot? You'll need an approved building outline from the Parish Council instead.

A deposit on installation cost is required at the time of application.

½ inch connection — supply not already laid up$16,000

Accepted payment: cash, manager's cheque, or debit/credit card. Actual cost is confirmed after installation — any difference is applied to your account.
