Suspension/Disconnection of Service

To have your service temporarily disconnected

  • Visit a Customer Service agent at any of our offices and make a request      for a FINAL READING;
  • A Field Officer will visit the service address and read the meter then the       final bill will be calculated and that amount is to be paid in full ;
  • A Voluntary Disconnection (Suspension of Service) will be done which will       last for six (6) months ;
  • At the end of the period (6 months), if the Applicant does not make      request for another extension the customer will be charged P.A.M, K-      Factor, X-Factor and Service Charge each month thereafter.

To have your supply terminated

  • Visit a Customer Service agent at any of our offices and make a request      for a FINAL READING ;
  • A Field Officer will visit the service address and read the meter then the      final bill will be calculated and that amount is to be paid in full;
  • All amounts must be settled before the supply is disconnected on the      premises.
  • Submissions for termination of supply can also be done online via our       webchat as an effort to limit in office visits hence mitigating the rise in       COVID19 cases.
